Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date is essential for maintaining uninterrupted access to Arkante services. Your personal details are used for account communications, password recovery, and transaction processing. Inaccurate or outdated information may result in restricted account functionality.

This guide explains how to view and update the various components of your Arkante profile.

Editable Profile Fields

The following information can be updated directly from your account settings:

  • Profile picture: Upload a custom avatar visible to Arkante team members. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, or WebP. Max size 5MB.
  • Username: Your unique identifier displayed across the platform.
  • Email address: Your primary contact email, used for account notifications and password recovery. Changing your email requires a dual verification: a code sent to your current address and a code sent to the new address.
  • Country: Your country of residence.

How to Update Your Profile

  1. Sign in to your Arkante account at auth.arkante.com. You will be redirected to your portal at my.arkante.com.
  2. Navigate to Settings from the user menu.
  3. In the Personal Information section, click Edit.
  4. Update the fields you wish to change.
  5. Click Save Changes.

To update your profile picture, click the camera icon on your current avatar and upload a new image.

When updating your email address, you will need to complete a dual verification: enter the code sent to your current email, then enter the code sent to your new email. Once both codes are verified, the change takes effect immediately.

Restrictions on Certain Fields

  • Username: Your new username must be available. If the username you want is already taken, you will need to choose a different one.

How long does it take for profile changes to take effect? All changes are applied immediately. Email address changes take effect as soon as the dual verification is completed.

Will changing my email address affect my active sessions? No. Your active sessions will remain intact. All future communications will be sent to your new email address immediately after verification.

Can I have multiple email addresses on my account? At this time, each account supports a single primary email address. We recommend using an email address that you check regularly and that is not shared with other individuals.
